What we plant in the soil of contemplation, we shall reap in the harvest of action.

-Meister Eckhart

Why Contemplative Practice? Contemplative practice invites the rational mind to quiet- to foster further awareness, from creativity to compassion. Tools of contemplation (yoga, meditation, etc.) may aid in greater transformation of our worldview, sense of self, and relationships.

This site offers opportunities to learn more about varied contemplative practices that may facilitate greater self-awareness, decrease stress, and increase overall well-being.
